If you really want to make more money in less time, it’s important to not get stuck in transition.

Here are my top tips for accelerating your pace through transition so you can finally get to be Leveraged and Loving It.

Now, I actually avoided the transition stage for many, many years in my business. Instead of actually pushing through this transition, which is a lot of work, what I did instead was go straight back down into start up mode. Started a great new shiny object. New project… and that’s because I didn’t follow these 4 tips.

A Warning About The Transition Phase

Here’s the warning about transition.

If you’ve been fully booked in a one on one practise in your business, if you’re fully booked there and you’ve reached a decent level of income but your income’s maxed out and now you’re deciding well I want to now transition into that one to many stage, here’s the reality.

You’re taking energy away from those one on one clients to invest in those one to many products, your Signature System, all that stuff.

That’s going to mean that your income from these one on one clients will come down.

You will make less money in transition than you did fully booked in your one on one practice. That’s just a reality. It’s totally normal. Everyone goes through that.

But The Rewards ARE MASSIVE

But, the reward is worth it because when you push through transition and you get to that one to many, if you do it right, then you’re going to make multiple times more than you could ever make in a one on one practise because then you’re leveraged.

It’s A Lot of Work, But You Can Fast Track It

The transition stage can be a lot of work and it clearly then makes sense to fast track your way through that. To get the help you need to shorten the time. Don’t hang out in transition trying to create courses and programmes and your Signature System. Don’t hang out there for a year or two years like I’ve seen people do.

That’s nutbags. That’s just crazy talk. My Authority Accelerator clients come along, they spend two days with me and then my team does all the work for them and then they’re like, bam! Straight into one to many. I don’t know anyone who can do it faster than that.

Tip 1: Work With Someone To Help You Transition To Leveraged and Loving It

If you want to transition, find someone to work with that you resonate with. That’s going to help you fast track your way through that. That would be the first key thing I would say about getting your way through that transition.

Tip 2: Stick With It. Don’t Give Up

The second thing is you’re going to have to stick with it. You’ve got to be resilient. You need to actually knowing that your income’s going to go down, you just got to accept that that is the reality of the situation and commit to moving through and moving forward with it.

Tip 3: No One-Size Solution

And thirdly is to know that there is no one size fits all solution in the way that you package your products for your clients. Just because a business coach tells you that you need to package up your products in a particular way because that’s what works for them, that doesn’t mean that you need to do that. There are lots of different successful business models and you need to find the one that works for you. Whether that’s running live workshops, whether that’s doing online courses, whether that’s kind of coordinating and collaborating with a bunch of other people and being the conductor of the orchestra. There are lots of different ways that you can make this work for you.

What I think is really, really important in the packaging is, imagine I’ve got like a Venn diagram in my brain. One circle here is this is the way that your clients want and need the solutions delivered. And then over here, these are the ways that you love to work and where these two things overlap in the middle, that’s the part where you can find the solution the way that you should be delivering your products and services.

Look for the overlap. Don’t be drawn into what your clients want if it’s not how you like to work but equally, don’t provide something because you love to do it and you think it’s awesome if it’s not what your clients actually want. There’s got to be overlap there.

Tip 4: Create Your Signature System

Most importantly, not that I’m biased or anything. Most importantly is, take what’s in your head, turn it into a Signature System, give it some sexy visual models because that is going to give you a powerful boost in your credibility, in your clients, in your content, in your focused clarity and your cashflow.

That’s it. You need to have focused clarity. You need to stick with it even though your income goes down. You need to get some help to fast track and you need to create that signature system. Those are the key ways that you’re going to actually transition from that one on one to one to many faster than if you’re kind of lingering on trying to work it out yourself.
