You probably know that I get a bit excited about leverage. I call my podcast Leverage and Loving It, so leverage is one of those words that gets me excited.

Leverage is one of the reasons I’m so in love with Signature Systems and visual models, because when you create your Signature System and turn it into visual models, you get massive leverage. Massive leverage. Here are 3 ways that happens.

1. Create Products and Content More Efficiently

With a Signature System, you will create products and content more efficiently than you have ever believed possible.

Everything that you do, when you have a Signature System, is based on that Signature System, which means that you are never starting with a blank screen or a blank piece of paper.

It’s so easy to map out a new product when you have a Signature System. Your whole funnel is based on your Signature System. It’s just so, so simple, and clear, and efficient. You will create stuff faster than you ever believed possible.

2. Moving From 1-1 to 1-Many

Secondly, if you are going to be moving into, or you are already working with people in a one-to-many space, you’ve transitioned from that one-to-one and you’re going into one-to-many, having a Signature System can really help you.

When you’re working one-on-one with a client, getting results is one thing. Because if something’s not working, you just tweak and you move and it’s fine. You’re really flexible.

But when you’re working in a one-to-many, you’re actually taking them all on a journey. You need to have a proven, clear structure and system.

Having that Signature System means that you can more consistently guarantee that those people will get the result that they came for, and it’s also going to mean that you’re going to have a better result in selling that group programme as well, because selling group or one-to-many is harder than selling one-on-one as well.

So, having the Signature System is really, really important in getting the leverage when you’re moving into that one-to-many business model.

3. Empowering Your Team

Thirdly, you will get leverage because of your team.

If everything’s locked in your brain, you’re the only person in your business who knows all the stuff, then everything rests on your shoulders and everything comes back to you. The clients will always want you to answer their questions. They won’t want to deal with one of your team members because they won’t believe or see that they are also the expert.

When you take it out of your head and you create a Signature System and then you’re selling that Signature System rather than yourself, the pressure is taken off you as the go-to and the be all and end all in your business, which means that clients are happy to speak to your team members.

Because if they know the system as well as you do, then they are respected as well in the team.

When you’re onboarding these new team members, as well, it means that you can quickly get them up to speed and show them exactly what it is that you do with your clients. So you can start to empower team members to create scale in your business, and present and teach and provide service to your clients, where it’s always fallen on you in the past. Getting a team up to speed with a signature system is just fabulous.

Team Case Study

Francesca Moi came along to my Authority Accelerator programme back in December 2017. She brought along Jamie McVeigh, who’s her general manager. They extracted the models together and created those together.

At the end of the two days, I always get everyone up to present their Signature System at the end of the two days. Well, Francesca, actually got Jamie to get up and present for her, and it was such a pivotal moment for both of them, but also for me. I actually realised how powerful this was for team members.

Francesca suddenly had this realisation that she could have a holiday, or someone else can help her to do this work. It’s been so exciting to see, since then, Jamie get up and present more of the content, because it’s no longer locked inside Francesca’s head.

If you want to create leverage in your business and scale with team members, or scale going from one-to-one to one-to-many, then creating that Signature System using visual models is absolutely imperative.
