We all know the importance of having raving fans in our business.

If our clients don’t love us and what we do, we don’t have a sustainable business.

When you’ve got a Signature System with visual models, it actually brings a lot of clarity for everyone involved.

So for me I feel so much clearer having everything that I do in a Signature System.

But it also means if I’m clear, my clients and my potential clients are clear as well. That’s going to mean that they’re happier and more likely to buy.

Creating a Roadmap = Happier Clients

When you’ve got a Signature System in a Visual Model that you can point to, you can use it as a roadmap for your clients. This helps with client retention and satisfaction.

Let’s say for example I’ve got a process that takes them from A to Z.

If I didn’t have this mapped out clearly for them, what could happen in some scenarios, and I’ve seen this happen.

I’ve done this. I’ve signed up for particular products or programmes, I get in and have a look at the membership site, I’m like, “Oh my God. There’s so much stuff in here,” and it’s a dog’s breakfast, it’s a mess. It’s completely overwhelming.

I don’t have time to sort this out. I’m out of here.

I’ve had this experience, and I just drop out.

We don’t want your clients to have that experience.

Having a Signature System means that they can clearly see a roadmap.

Here’s How Using Your Signature System as A Roadmap Helps

Let’s say a client is three months into a 12 month programme, and they’re like, “But, so-and-so, I don’t have the result. I don’t feel like I’ve achieved x result yet.”

And you can point to your Signature System as a roadmap and say, “Well, we’re up to step three in a seven step system, so you’re on the right track. You’re doing great. You’ve already made progress.”

You’re showing them a clear roadmap, and so, they can have that reassurance and validation that their experience is normal. That gives them that motivation to continue the process all the way to the end, which is what you need them to do to get that result.

We get into doing what we’re doing because we love and care about our clients, we want them to get that result.

We’re change makers.

We care about that stuff.

We’re not just here to go wham, bam, thank you ma’am, take the money and run.

We want to see that follow through, we want to see them get that result, right? Having that clear road map means that they’re more likely to follow all the way through and get the results they came for.

That’s so, so rewarding for us as change makers and coaches, experts, thought leaders, we want those results for our clients.

I encourage you to take what you know, turn it into a Signature System, use those visual models, and you will have raving fans.
